With more than 30 years of experience in software and product development, project management, and technical / IT operations, Adrian has worked across nearly every dimension of the technology landscape—spanning B2C, B2B, and B2G sectors, including finance, e-commerce, government, healthcare, telecom, consumer goods, and gaming. His career has taken him from hands-on engineering across diverse tech stacks to leadership roles in both small, fast-growing companies and global enterprises. He has also served in the U.S. Air Force and successfully built and sold his own software.
For the past 15 years, Adrian has focused on executive leadership in software engineering, operations, and Agile transformation—guiding organizations through complexity, fostering high-performing teams, and delivering measurable results.
